Pumpkin Pie

Starting out I of course use a half recipe of my favorite pie crust ever! Then I make my sweet pie filling.

If you know me you know I like everything with more sugar and more butter. For this recipe I don’t do butter but I do with the sugar:) Most pumpkin pie recipes don’t tell you the sweetest most important ingredient to making the best Sweetest Pumpkin Pie it is BROWN SUGAR!!!!

This makes all the difference in this pie. Instead of putting just all white sugar I substitute it with more sweet brown sugar to give it that extra sweet and different taste. I do the same thing to my Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake too!
