Such a PERFECT holiday cookie, I just love how the cookie looks like it's covered in snow. Not only do they look pretty. They are so delicious and easy to make.
p.s. NO EGGS so that means you can even eat the dough the way it is!!!
Depending on how you like you shortbread you can bake them for a long time or a short time lol
Some people like the cookie to be flaky and crispy(me) so bake it longer and others like it do be a little on the doughy side. Up to you on how long you bake it, but you really can't go wrong either way.
Also as I mention in the video tutorial below It is pretty key to toast your pecans first though so don't skip that step :)
